Our signature format is the 4-Day Silva Life & Intuition Immersion: two full systems taught back-to-back over one weekend, in person, with Certified Silva Method Instructor Amy Schneider. You'll leave able to enter a relaxed, focused state on command and apply your intuition to real decisions — not just meditate, but use the skill. Prefer to start smaller? Ask about registering for a single 2-day segment first.
